Ingredients for 4 people
4 chicken breasts
5 oz of bresaola (italian ham)
2 carrots
2 zucchini
1 2/3 cups of flour
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups of olive oil
basil
salt & pepper

Step 1/3
Butterfly the chicken breasts, lay bresaola and basil inside and close. Flatten the filled breasts with the rolling pin.
Step 2/3
Grate the carrots and zucchini and make 2 ovals the size of the chicken breasts with half the carrot and 2 others with half the zucchini.
Step 3/3
Dredge the chicken in flour, followed by beaten egg, and lay them on each vegetable oval. Cover with the rest of the grated vegetables, fry them in olive oil, and enjoy!
