Ingredients for 4 people

1 loaf of bread

brie

2 tbsp of bacon bits

fried onions

1 tbsp of grated parmesan

1 garlic clove

1/2 bunch of parsley

dried rosemary

1 tbsp of olive oil

mozzarella

Tools

Parchment paper

Step 1/4

Cut 3 squares in the top of the loaf of bread, being careful not to cut through the bottom. Cut the removed bread squares into breadsticks.

Step 2/4

Fill one square with brie and top with grilled onions, another with brie and rosemary, and the final square with mozzarella and bacon bits. Repeat to fill the squares to the top.

Step 3/4

Combine the olive oil with finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese. Place the loaf of bread and the breadsticks on a lined baking tray. Brush the breadstocks with the olive oil mixture.

Step 4/4

Bake for 30 minutes at 400 °F. Serve hot by dipping the breadsticks into the melted cheese fondue.
