Dip Cups
This 7-layer dip is appetizer wonderland! 🙌

Ingredients for 4 people
flour tortillas
1 cup of refried beans
taco blend shredded cheese
1 lb of ground beef
1 tbsp of chefclub tex-mex mix
salt & pepper
1/2 cup of kidney beans
8 oz of cream cheese
2 cups of grated cheddar
parsley
guacamole
sour cream
salsa
scallions
tomatoes, diced
Step 1/2
Cut out small squares from flour tortillas, place one layer piece in each muffin tin cup. Add refried beans, and taco blend cheese then place a second tortilla square on top. bake for 2 min at 350 °F. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, Tex-Mex seasoning, and kidney beans. Place this cooked beef mix on the bottom of a pie plate.
Step 2/2
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese and parsley together in a bowl. Form into a ball and place in the center of the beef mix. Remove the taco cups from the muffin tin and place in a circle around the cheese ball. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 °F or just until cheese in the center is melted. Top each taco cup with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, scallions, and diced tomatoes. Enjoy!
