Step 1/4
Infuse the short rib with the flavors of garlic butter and rosemary by marinating it. Then, sear the meat to create a nice crust and season it with salt and pepper. Cook red onion and bell peppers in butter until they are tender and flavorful. Enhance the taste of the short rib by topping it with roasted garlic. Place the meat on a sheet of foil and drizzle it with mustard. Add the cooked vegetables to the mix and wrap everything in the foil before finishing the cooking process on the BBQ grill.

Begin by brushing BBQ sauce onto the tortilla and coating it with crushed chips. Then, place the short rib and vegetables onto the tortilla before wrapping it into a burrito shape. Next, sprinkle shredded cheddar and jalapeño slices on the grill and let the cheese melt. Next, wrap the burrito in the melted cheese.

Cook the ground beef with spices, bell peppers, red onions, black beans and tomato sauce.

Combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce, and transfer the mixture to a small skillet. Add the ground beef mixture and shredded cheese on top. Grill the skillet on the BBQ until the cheese has melted. Serve the dish with the burrito and enjoy!
