Total time: 35 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people
1/2 package of spaghetti
7 slices of bacon, diced and cooked
1 red onion, diced
2 wheels raclette cheese
2 portions of pizza dough
2 egg yolks
olive oil
parsley
salt & pepper
Tools
Pastry brush
Parchment paper
Skewers
Step 1/4
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, drain, and mix in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Fry the bacon and onion and mix into the pasta.
Step 2/4
Remove the rind from the wheels of raclette cheese and cut each of them into 3 circular slices. Place 1 slice of the raclette in the center of 1 pizza dough and then place 1 forkful of pasta on top. Stack with another slice of raclette and another forkful of pasta. Repeat with the remaining slices of raclette, saving one forkful of pasta for later.
Step 3/4
Stretch the pizza dough to cover the sides of the raclette and pasta tower. Brush the sides of the dough with a little water and cover the rest of the tower with the 2nd pizza dough, sealing it well. Brush the tower with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 °F on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4/4
Remove from the oven, cut a large hole in the top of the tower and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Wedge the skewers between the prongs of a fork and stick the skewers into the top of the tower. Add the remaining pasta on the fork to cover the skewers and make the fork fly. Enjoy!
