Pancake-dilla

Ingredients for 3 people
1 1/2 cups of flour
3 1/2 tsp of baking powder
salt
pepper
1 tbsp of sugar
1 1/4 cups of milk
7 eggs
3 tbsp of butter
10 slices of bacon
1/2 onion
2 diced tomatoes
1 green bell peppers
6 chives
3 slices of cheddar cheese
1 cup of mozzarella
1/2 avocado
1 hot sauce
1 tbsp of chefclub vegetable mix
Step 1/2
Dice tomatoes, onions and green peppers and cook on the plancha. Season with salt, pepper and Chefclub vegetable mix. Make a circle in the middle and add 6 eggs. Scramble the eggs and mix everything. Set aside. Max pancake batter by mixing flour, remaining eggs, baking powder, sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Reserve.
Step 2/2
Cut bacon into small pieces and place on grill in a circular form. Add pancake batter on top of bacon. Add cheese to the side of the pancake. Place scrambled egg mixture on top of the pancake, avocado and hot sauce. Fold pancake to enclose everything. Flip to cook on other side. Serve and enjoy!
