Ingredients for 5 people
4 cups of whole wheat flour
3.2 cups of flour
5 tsp of yeast
2 tbsp of salt
2.4 cups of water
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion
5.3 oz of cheddar
Smoked paprika
4 black olives
Bbq sauce
Butter
Rump steak
Garlic
Step 1/3
Cut the rump steak into a star shape and coat with smoked paprika. Add butter to a hot grill and allow the meat to cook fully. Brush with BBQ sauce and remove from heat. Create small holes in the meat and add the garlic cloves (to resemble teeth).

Mix flours, yeast, salt and water until smooth. Allow the dough to rise for 2 hours. Degas and cut into a star shape. Place on a baking tray with garlic and bake for 20 minutes at 450°F with a ramekin of water, then an additional 20 minutes at 390°F.
Step 3/3
Mixed cook garlic with butter. Cut the top off the bread and with the help of a spoon press on the inside. Coat the inside with garlic butter. Add cooked bell peppers and onions. Sprinkle with melted cheddar. Place the steak on top and add olives to the center. Brush the bread with BBQ sauce and enjoy!
