Spread a generous layer of pumpkin puree over the cinnamon roll dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Carefully roll the dough tightly, then slice it into even pieces. Use kitchen twine to gently shape each roll into a pumpkin form, tying it securely. Brush the rolls with an egg wash, then bake in the oven until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree with powdered sugar and a splash of lemon juice until smooth. Brush this glaze over the warm rolls. Insert a cinnamon stick into the center of each roll to serve as a pumpkin stem. Serve and enjoy!
