Steak Roll Ups

Ingredients for 5 people
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 red onions
1 lb of steak
5 slices of cheese
olive oil
paprika
herbes de provence spice blend
guacamole
blue cheese sauce or dip
salt & pepper

Step 1/3
Cut the peppers and onions into strips and fry them in a drizzle of olive oil for about 15 minutes, with salt and pepper. Cut the fillet of beef into 10 thin slices and season them with a mixture of paprika, Herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.
Step 2/3
Cut the cheese slices in half and arrange them 2 by 2 on each slice of meat. Place slices of cooked vegetables on the edge of the slices, roll them up and fix them with toothpicks.
Step 3/3
Cook the rolls in a drizzle of oil for 5 to 10 minutes then enjoy them by dipping them in guacamole or blue cheese sauce.
