Ingredients for 4 people
Bbq sauce
8 chicken breasts
3 tsp of paprika
2 tsp of pepper
3 tsp of turmeric
3 tsp of rosemary
2 cups of cassava flour
2 egg
1 1/4 cups of breadcrumbs
1 3/4 lbs of potatoes
Salt
4/5 cup of sour cream
10 slices of bacon

Step 1/2
Pour the BBQ sauce into the ice cube tray and put it in the freezer for 4 hours. Skewer the chicken breasts on the skewer, sprinkle them with pepper, paprika, turmeric, rosemary, skewer an ice cube of BBQ sauce on each side of the skewer. Repeat the process to have 3. Sprinkle the skewers with flour, dip them in the beaten eggs, sprinkle them with breadcrumbs and cook them in the hot oil.

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Cook them in 1 liter of salted water, mash the potatoes, mix them with the sour cream and the salt until you obtain a smooth texture. Form 3 balls of mashed potatoes. Roll them out to create a sausage shape. Place a skewer in the center of the mashed potatoes sausages. Wrap the sausages in bacon and cook them for 6 minutes on the barbecue. Arrange the chicken skewers and mashed potatoes skewers on a plate. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
