Spooky Apple Head Pie

apples
1-2 sheets puff pastry (depending on baking dish)
3 eggs
2/3 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of butter, melted
1/4 cup of cane sugar
1/3 cup of flour
pudding cups

Step 1/2
Cut apples in half, then remove the cores and let soak in cold water with a little lemon for a few minutes. Use a knife to carve out spooky faces into the apples. Place the puff pastry into a baking dish, then place the apple heads.

Mix together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, flour, sugar, and butter. Pour over apples then bake for 45 minutes for 340 °F. When the apples are cooked and cooled, pour pudding into the eyes and mouth of the apple heads to make them even more spooky. Enjoy!
