Eggs

Garlic butter

Celery salt

Herbs

Tomato juice

Vodka

Celery

Rosemary

Roasted garlic

Jalapeños

Carrots

Leeks

Beef tenderloin

Kitchen twine


Step 1/3

Cut slits into the beef tenderloin and stuff with leeks, carrots, jalapenos, roasted garlic, rosemary, and celery. Secure with kitchen twine.

Step 2/3

In a jar, mix vodka, tomato juice, herbs, and celery salt to create a Bloody Mary marinade. Place the stuffed tenderloin in the marinade and let it soak. Remove the meat, coat with BBQ spices, and brush with garlic butter. Bake until the tenderloin is fully cooked.

Step 3/3

Pour some of the Bloody Mary marinade into a pan and cook eggs in it. Sprinkle the eggs with cheddar cheese. Serve the cheesy eggs alongside the beef tenderloin. Enjoy!
