Potato Cordon Bleu

Ingredients for 3 people
3 turkey breasts
3 slices of brie cheese
3 potatoes
1 egg
3/4 cup of flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Tools
Parchment paper
Rolling pin
Cheese grater
Step 1/2
Butterfly the turkey breasts, lay a slice of brie cheese in the middle, then close them. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the chicken breasts and flatten them using a rolling pin.
Step 2/2
Peel the potatoes, grate them, then mix with the egg. Coat the turkey in the flour followed by beaten egg yolks. Coat the turkey breasts in shredded potatoes. Fry the turkey breast in a frying pan and enjoy!
