Crepe batter
Food coloring
Buttercream frosting

Step 1/2
Divide the crepe batter into three portions and dye each one red, orange, and yellow. Cook each crepe and cut them into perfect circles. Layer the crepes, adding colored buttercream between each layer to create a stunning ombre effect reminiscent of a beach sunset. Place a circle of chilled yellow buttercream in the center to represent the 'sun'.

Create 'palm trees' by piping black candy melts onto parchment paper and allowing them to set. Once firm, place them around the sides of the crepe cake. Decorate with black candy melt birds for added detail. Serve and enjoy!
