Step 1/4
Place the rectangular dough in the baking sheet. Cut the other 2 doughs into 3/4" thick strips. Form 6 compartments in the baking sheet using the strip, placed on end, stuck to the rim.
Step 2/4
In 1 compartment, add the tomato sauce, ham, grated mozzarella, and olive slices. In another compartment, put half of the sour cream, half of the bacon, and half of the onion. In a third one, place the potatoes, the remaining bacon and onion, and cover with the raclette cut into small squares. In a fourth compartment, pour the remaining sour cream, the minced and fried leek, and the salmon cut into small pieces.
Step 3/4
Slice the zucchini and carrot and roll the slices on themselves. Place these rolls in another compartment. Cut the hot dog in half lengthwise, leaving it attached at the end. Fold this hot dog into a heart shape and place it in the center of the last compartment. Crack an egg in the heart.
Step 4/4
Mix the eggs, the heavy cream, salt, and pepper and divide between the last 2 compartments and the raclette compartment. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, cut into wedges, and enjoy!
