Ingredients for 8 people
4 yogurts
1/2 lemon, juiced
parsley, chopped
1 tsp of french four spice mix
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of salt
10 chicken breasts
red onion
7 tomatoes
2 lb of frozen fries
lettuce
12 pita breads
ketchup
mustard
white kabab sauce
red kabab sauce

Step 1/5
Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, chopped parsley, the spice mix, paprika, and salt.
Step 2/5
Cut the chicken breasts in half and add to the yogurt mix. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
Step 3/5
Cut the onion in half and pierce with a skewer to create the base of the kebab. Place the chicken breasts onto the skewer and top with half a tomato.
Step 4/5
Place frozen fries around the meat. Bake for 40 minutes at 425°F.
Step 5/5
Fill the pitas with the meat, tomato, onion, and lettuce, then top with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
