Step 1/3
Start by pouring pink and white candy melts into a tray, then chill until set. Use a cookie cutter to create rose shapes from the candy melts.
Step 2/3
Pipe buttercream between the cake layers and around the outside. Cut a slant at the top of the cake. Use black buttercream and a stencil to create a woman's silhouette on the side of the cake. Mix the leftover cake with additional buttercream and shape into a ball. Place it on top of the cake. Cover the ball with fondant to create a sunhat.
Step 3/3
Dip the corner of a plastic bag in food coloring and press it onto the fondant sunhat to create a rose pattern design. Add the candy melt roses on top with mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!
