Raspberry Croissant Surprise! These croissants have a sweet surprise

Ingredients for 6 people
2 oz of hazelnuts
4 1/2 oz of raspberries
1 pizza dough
1 pint of strawberry ice cream
4 tbsp of brown sugar
Oil
5 sugar cubes
Tools

Step 1/3
Place the hazelnuts on sheet of parchment paper, crush them and place them in a bowl. Boil water in a kettle then pour in 3 oz of raspberries and the sugar cubes. Mix and allow to boil. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and set it aside.
Step 2/3
Place the square pizza dough on the work surface. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cut the dough into 6 strips using a pizza cutter. Fold the strips back on themselves and wrap them around a fork. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining strips. Place the rolls on a plate.
Step 3/3
Stretch out each roll. Place 2 raspberries at the bottom of each cone and 1 scoop of Chefclub strawberry sorbet on top. Join two cones by pressing lightly so that the balls of sorbet stick together. Arrange raspberries in the slit between the two cones. Pour the raspberry coulis on top, sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and enjoy!
