Ingredients for 3 people
1 rack of pork ribs
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of pepper
1 tbsp of garlic powder
2 1/2 cups of brown sugar
3 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
3 panini bread
6 slices of cheddar
Mayonnaise
Mustard
3 slices of ham
Butter
1/2 cup of bbq sauce
Tools
Cigar
Cigar box
Aluminum foil
Step 1/2
Preheat oven to 275°F. Mix dry ingredients to make a rub for the ribs. Remove skin on bones from ribs and cover in dry rub. Place ribs in a container and place a lit cigar to flavor the meat. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 3 hours. Remove the foil and brush with BBQ sauce. Leave uncovered for 15-20 minutes then remove from oven.

Butter the grill and add the bread. Smash down using a burger press. Add a slice of cheddar, a slice of ham then another slice of cheese. Flip it and add the mayo, mustard and ribs. Place the sandwich in the smoky cigar box for a minute. Remove and enjoy!
