Fried Artichoke Chip & Dip! Served with Italian garlic bread 😋🧄🍞

Ingredients for 6 people
3 artichokes
Oil
3 cups of flour
1 1/4 cups of water
3 tsp of yeast
Salt & pepper
20 cherry tomatoes
1 oz of parmesan
3 garlic heads
Basil
2 tbsp of butter
Herbes de provence
1/2 cup of spinach
10 mint leaves
4 tbsp of beer

Step 1/2
Clean the artichokes and fry them 2 times; once at 300°F for 5 minutes and the second time at 350°F for 1 minute. Set aside. Cook the leftover artichoke in boiling water with salt, pepper and beer. Blend with parmesan, basil and spinach. Set aside.
Step 2/2
In a bowl mix the flour, salt, water and yeast to make a dough. Place in a loaf pan and press down 3 garlic heads wrapped in parchment paper. Bake 45 minutes at 340°F. Remove from oven and press the cooked garlic into the holes of the bread. Add some cherry tomatoes, basil and parmesan on top. Add the fried artichokes and sauce on top. Serve and enjoy!
