Hard boiled eggs
Apple cider vinegar
Bbq sauce
Maple syrup
Flour
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Hot dogs
Hot oil
Hot dog buns
Cheddar
Pickles
Sriracha hot sauce
Parsley
Chives
Tools

Step 1/3
Boil the eggs until hard, then transfer them to a jar and marinate them in a mixture of apple cider vinegar, BBQ sauce, and maple syrup. After draining the eggs, coat them in flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 2/3
Create incisions in the hot dogs without cutting all the way through, and insert a marinated egg into the center. Skewer through the center and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 3/3
Toast hot dog buns, top them with cheddar and pickles, and place the skewers on the buns. Drizzle with hot sauce, sprinkle parsley and chives. Serve and enjoy!
