Iced Irish Coffee

Ingredients for 4 people
1 cup of dark chocolate
1 1/2 fl oz of milk
1 cup of speculoos cookies
5 cups of ice cubes
4 fl oz of coffee
14 fl oz of whisky
5 fl oz of cream
cocoa powder
Tools
Large beer stein
Blender
Hand mixer
Step 1/3
Melt the chocolate with the hot milk and crumble the speculoos. Dip the top of the pint in the melted chocolate and then in the speculoos powder.
Step 2/3
Blend the ice cubes and coffee to obtain a granita and then pour it into the pint. Add half of the whisky.
Step 3/3
Beat the cream with a hand mixer until you have whipped cream, then add the remaining whisky. Place this cream on top of the granita in the pint. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, add pieces of speculoos and enjoy.
