Ingredients for 4 people
2 zucchinis
1 1/4 cups of flour
4 fl oz of tomato sauce
1 slice of ham
3 mushrooms
2 red cherry tomatoes
2 yellow cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp of low-fat cream cheese
arugula
oregano
salt & pepper
parchment paper

Cheese grater
Clean dish towel
Step 1/4
Grate the zucchini with their skin then press them into the cloth to remove the water.
Step 2/4
Mix the zucchini flesh with the flour, add salt and pepper then spread this mixture in a disc on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 3/4
At the exit of the oven, cover the dough obtained with tomato sauce, then place pieces of ham, cherry tomatoes cut in 2, slices of mushrooms, sprinkle with oregano and return to the oven for 10 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 4/4
Add fresh cheese and arugula leaves to the courgetteza and enjoy.
