Ingredients for 6 people
3 cups of flour
3 tsp of yeast
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1/4 lb of ground beef
1 egg yolk
5 ml of heavy cream
6 green olives
6 black olives
6 tsp of sesame seeds
4 tsp of pesto
4 tsp of ricotta cheese
4 tsp of red pesto
6 cherry tomatoes
4 mini mozzarella balls

Step 1/2
Mix the flour, yeast and water to create a smooth dough. Allow to rest for 1 hour. Create small circles with the dough and fill with the seasoned ground beef. Cut the dough to create a flower shape and add slices of black and green olives. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake until 15 minutes at 350ยฐF.
Step 2/2
Make incisions in the cherry tomatoes and stuff with mozzarella. Place the tomatoes on a plate with the pesto and ricotta cheese. Serve with the ground beef flowers, sprinkle with basil and enjoy!
