Buttercream frosting
Cake
Candy
Edible gold glitter
Melted white chocolate
Strawberries
Step 1/3
Cut a circular center from the cake and shape the removed piece into a diamond form—these two cake pieces will serve as the 'engagement ring.'.
Step 2/3
Coat all pieces in a layer of buttercream. Crush some Ring Pop candies and sprinkle them over the 'diamond' cake. Dust the 'ring' with edible gold glitter.
Step 3/3
Dip the remaining plastic Ring Pop rings in melted white chocolate, then insert them into strawberries. Dip the strawberries in melted white chocolate and brush with edible gold glitter. Serve alongside the cake and enjoy!
