Ingredients for 8 people
9 turkey breasts
9 slices of ham
21 slices of swiss cheese
7 cups of potato
1 cup of butter
1 2/3 cups of flour
5 eggs
1 2/3 cups of breadcrumbs
3 balls fresh mozzarella
1 cup of mozzarella, grated
parsley, chopped

Step 1/4
Arrange 3 turkey breasts in a large rectangle, one on top of the other and flatten with the rolling pin. Place 5 slices of swiss cheese and 2 slices of ham on top and roll up into a sausage lengthwise. Repeat 2 more times then place the rolls in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 2/4
Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Drain the potatoes and mash with butter. Add the fresh mozzarella balls and stir to melt.

When they come out of the freezer, coat the turkey rolls in flour, followed by beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 4/4
Spread half of the mashed potatoes in the baking dish, place the remaining slices of ham and swiss cheese on top, cover with the rest of the potatoes, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Cut 1 of the turkey rolls in half and arrange the 4 rolls around the edges of the dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
