Italian Pork Belly & Fried Mozzarella! Definitely not a boaring dish 😋

Ingredients for 5 people
4.4 lbs of pork belly
3 1/2 oz of herbes de provence
5 bay leaves
Garlic
Parsley
Rosemary
2 potatoes
10 mini mozzarella balls
3 egg
4 tbsp of flour
5 tbsp of breadcrumbs
Frying oil
Bechamel white sauce
Carrot
Parmesan
Spinach
Pecorino cheese
Olive oil
Step 1/4
Cut the pork belly and stuff with herbs and garlic. Season with salt. Roll the meat on itself and secure with kitchen twine. Bake 4 hours at 350°F.
2. Make "spaghetti" with the potatoes. Roll the mozzarella balls in flour
followed by egg and breadcrumbs. Wrap the mozzarella with the
potato spaghetti. Fry in hot oil until golden.
3. Blend the carrot, parmesan, spinach, parsley, olive oil and coriander
together. This will be your green sauce.
4. Cut the pork belly into slices and serve with the sauces. Add the fried
mozzarella balls and enjoy.
Step 2/4
Spiralize the potatoes. Roll the mozzarella balls in flour followed by egg and breadcrumbs. Wrap the mozzarella with the potato spaghetti. Fry in hot oil until golden.
Step 3/4
Blend the carrot, parmesan, spinach, parsley, olive oil and coriander together. This will be your green sauce.
Step 4/4
Cut the pork belly into slices and serve with the sauces. Add the fried mozzarella balls and enjoy!
