Ingredients for 6 people
Salmon
Cream cheese
Spinach
Jalapeños
Puff pastry
Bacon
Maple syrup
Egg yolks
Dill
Lemon juice
Step 1/2
Butterfly the salmon, opening it like a book. Fill it with cream cheese, spinach, and jalapeños. Close it.
Step 2/2
Use a pastry cutter to create a pattern on the puff pastry. Drizzle maple syrup over cooked bacon slices. Place the bacon on top of the salmon and the puff pastry on top of the bacon. Put it on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolks and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with dill and lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
