4/5 cup of powdered sugar

Cut the apples in 2, hollow out the inside of the apples, cut out circles of puff pastry using the emptied apple halves. Pour the brandy into the empty apple halves and arrange the circles of puff pastry around the outline of the empty apple halves. Place an additional circle of puff pastry in the centre. Place the apples with the puff pastry in a pie tin lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.

Cook the rest of the apples, the sugar, 2 tbsp of butter in a pan to obtain an applesauce. Flatten the center of each apple in the tartlets, garnish the center with the applesauce. Mix the cream cheese, the rest of the butter, the powdered sugar to obtain a cream. Flatten the cream using a sieve with a hole to form filaments, sprinkle the cream with cinnamon then place the filaments of cream on each tartlet. Place a mint leaf on each tartlet and enjoy!
