Ingredients for 6 people
1 cheesecake
2 packages of ribbon candy
2 1/2 cups of sugar
5.3 oz of glucose syrup
3/4 cup of water
Tools
Sugar pump
Non-stick baking mat
Step 1/2
Make a candy crown by heating and sticking the ribbon candies together. Wrap around the cheesecake.
Step 2/2
Melt the sugar and heat to 320°F. Pour the sugar on a baking mat and begin to stretch it. Take a small piece and blow it with the sugar pump. Make several and place on top of the cheesecake, serve and enjoy!
