Ingredients for 6 people
2.2 lbs of fries
1 raclette wheel
2 onions
1/4 cup of butter
2 slices of speck ham
Cherry tomatoes
Chives
Pickles
Tools
Raclette grill
Step 1/2
Cook the fries, according to the package instructions, before placing them in 6 cardboard boxes. Cut the raclette wheel in half, place it in the raclette machine, then allow the cheese to brown. Place a slice of speck on top, then pour it all over a package of cooked fries using a spatula and repeat a second time. Slice a pickle into slices and repeat the process, replacing the slice of speck with the pickle slices for two packets of fries. Place the the fries on a wooden board.

Butter the grill, form 7 balls of ground beef and flatten them on the grill using a glass. Chop and add the onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip and chop the burgers using the spatulas. Mix them with the onions and cook for 5 minutes on the grill. Place the mixture in the center of the fries. Melt the raclette cheese, pour it over the fries, then add the last slices of pickle, the halved tomatoes and the chives. Serve and enjoy!
