Dip the creations in green candy melts and sprinkle with peanuts. Attach the cut-off cone tips to resemble monster horns. For the eyes, use a slice of marshmallow, a candy melt, and a chocolate chip. Attach the eyes to the cones to complete your fun monster treats. Enjoy!
