Ingredients for 2 people

1 prime rib

Potatoes

Heavy cream

18 oz of comté cheese

Nutmeg

Salt & pepper

Caramelized onions


Step 1/2

Cut the potatoes into thin strips and place in a baking dish. Pour in the heavy cream and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Bake for about an hour at 350°F.

Step 2/2

In a rib fillet, place four toothpicks and a strip of aluminum foil. Fry the meat on the griddle, place it on the counter and place the grated cheese on top. Form a disk in the foil. Bake the meat in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F. Place the potatoes over the cheese, serve and enjoy!
