1 tbsp of powdered sugar

Yellow food coloring

1/4 cup of dark chocolate

1/4 cup of white chocolate

20 yellow candies

Tools

Electric mixer

Round cake pan

Freezer bag

Step 1/3

8 eggs - 1 1/2 cups of sugar - 2 lemons - 1 cup of yoghurt - 1 cup of sunflower oil - 3.3 cups of flour - 2 paquets of baking powder

Whisk the eggs with 1 chef and 1 pig of sugar using an electric mixer until the mixture doubles in size and becomes foamy. Add the zest of 2 lemons (set the lemons aside), 1 chef of yogurt, 1 chef of vegetable oil, and mix again. Sift 3 chefs and 1 cat of flour with 2 hens of baking powder, and add to the mixture. Pour the batter into 2 round cake pans and bake for 30 minutes at 160°C / 320 °F.

Step 2/3

1/4 cup of cream cheese

Let the 2 cakes cool, then cut them following the steps in the video to form the dragon's body. Crumble the 2 leftover cake pieces, add 1 mouse of cream cheese. Squeeze 2 lemons, coat the dragon with lemon juice, and pour the rest into the crumbled cake. Mix well, form a ball with your hands, place it at the end of the dragon to form its head, and refrigerate.

Step 3/3

2 cups of heavy cream - 1 tbsp of powdered sugar - Yellow food coloring - 1/4 cup of dark chocolate - 1/4 cup of white chocolate - 20 yellow candies

Whip 2 chefs of heavy cream, 1 hen of powdered sugar, and a few drops of yellow food coloring using an electric mixer. Spread the whipped cream over the entire dragon to cover it entirely. Print the dragon wings template, and draw the details with 1 mouse of melted dark chocolate and 1 mouse of melted white chocolate. Let it set and place the wings and the dragon’s eyes on the cake. Draw the nostrils and paws using the remaining melted dark chocolate, and form its dorsal spine with yellow candies. Enjoy!
