Ingredients for 4 people

1 pizza dough

10 potatoes

1/3 cup of butter

1 red onion, diced

1/2 cup of ham, diced

4 slices of prosciutto

1 1/2 cups of raclette cheese

chives

salt & pepper


Tools

Aluminum foil

Baking tray

Parchment paper

Glasses

Ice cream scoop


Step 1/4

Form 4 rigid cones with aluminum foil. Cut the pizza dough into 4 and wrap each quarter around one cone. Place the cones on the parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F.

Step 2/4

Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water, drain, and mash them. Add the butter, chopped onion, diced ham, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.

Step 3/4

Remove the aluminum from the dough cones and place them in the glasses to keep them upright. Place 1 slice of prosciutto in each cone. Add 2 scoops of mashed potatoes to each cone with the ice cream scoop.

Step 4/4

Melt the raclette and pour it over the potato ice cream, sprinkle with chopped chives, and enjoy!
