Step 1/2
Season the ground beef. Roll into balls and smash between parchment paper. Add a pickle slice for each. Cook both sides and add a few dashes of worcestershire. Pull from the heat. Add a pinch of the two cheddar cheeses right besides each other in two balls. Place the two burger patties on the cheese circles and then flip the entire pieces over. Add sautéed onions on top and then fold. Finally add the brisquet on top with a little BBQ sauce. Drizzle with melted bone marrow and place on the toasted hamburger buns with a few slices of jalapeños.
Step 2/2
Make your favorite potato salad and add the cornstarch to the mixture. Mix and then place in a piping bag. Pipe on the bones and fry in hot oil. Serve with the burgers and a side of Ranch dressing. Enjoy!
