Ingredients for 2 people
Compound butter
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Eggs
Ground beef
Salt & pepper
Cheese
Bacon
Hashbrowns
Maple syrup
Hamburger buns
Step 1/3
Cook cherry tomatoes and mushrooms in two skillets with compound butter. Crack an egg into each skillet and cook.
Step 2/3
While the eggs are cooking, brown ground beef in another skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Press down in the center of the beef to create an indentation. Fill the indentation with shredded cheese, cooked bacon bits, and a hashbrown.
Drizzle maple syrup over the top of the hashbrown.
Step 3/3
Spread compound butter on the cut sides of two bun halves. Place them face down on top of the egg and veggie mixtures. Bake all three skillets in the oven until everything is cooked through. Assemble the burger components, serve, and enjoy!
