Nerds' Donut Ice Cream Sandwich

Take a piece of aluminum foil and create an accordion, place on baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray. Fill each opening with a box or 2 of nerds. Reserve an equal amount of nerds for later. Place 4 oz of gummy bears into a microwave safe glass bowl and heat in 30 seconds until melted. Add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil and heat for 30 seconds. Mix together and pour into a squeeze bottle. Squeeze a thick, even line across nerds. Once finished with all of the rows, add a generous amount of Nerds on top of the melted gummies. Place in fridge for 1 hour.

Take a soda bottle and cut off the bottom 3 inches. Make sure the bottle has ridges. Grab a pint of ice cream and place the cut bottle in the center of the pint. Using an apple corer, poke 5 holes into the ice cream (lining up with the bottle ridges). Remove apple corer from each hole and discard ice cream. Pour the melted chocolate over the center of the bottle in order to fill the holes in the ice cream. Place in freezer for 1 hour. When ice cream is completely frozen, use a serrated knife and cut slices of the pint of ice cream and remove the paper. Using the same serrated knife cut your donuts in half and place a slice of the ice cream in the middle. Wrap the Nerds rope around the ice cream slice. Place the top of the donut onto the ice cream to make a sandwich. Serve and enjoy!
