Ingredients for 3 people
3 bananas
4 tsp of sugar
1 1/4 cups of heavy cream
3/5 cup of mascarpone
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
7 1/2 tbsp of hazelnut praline
1/2 cup of salted caramel
2 puff pasty
1 cup of darkchocolate

Step 1/3
Melt the dark chocolate, pour a circle of chocolate on baking sheet placed on a turntable. Form a pattern with the turntable by pressing lightly on the chocolate. Repeat process twice. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Step 2/3
Remove the skin from the bananas, place them in the center of the puff pastry, cut the outline of the dough into strips, fold the strips over the bananas then separate the bananas. Bake 25 minutes at 350°F. Cut a banana into slices, caramelize it with the sugar in a hot pan.
Step 3/3
Mix in a bowl the heavy cream, mascarpone and powdered sugar into a whipped cream. Add a spoonful to a plate and place the chocolate circle on top. Spread a line of whipped cream. Sprinkle with hazelnut pralines and place the puffed banana on top. Pour the salted caramel syrup and sprinkle with the hazelnut pralines once more. Add the caramelized bananas. Repeat the action twice. Serve and enjoy!
