Strawberry Donut Pie! Fresh out of the oven for the whole family ππ

Ingredients for 6 people
2 3/4 cups of flour
2 egg
5 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp of yeast
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
7 oz of mascarpone
1 cup of heavy cream
1 box of strawberries
1 tbsp of strawberry jam
Frying oil
Tools
Piping bag
Step 1/2
Mix the flour and 1 cup of water, the eggs, 3 tbsp of sugar, the milk and the yeast to obtain a donut dough. Place it 30 minutes in the fridge. Degas the dough and spread it out forming a circle. Allow it to rest 1 hour and 30 minutes at room temperature. Fry it in hot oil, flip over to fry the other side. Allow to cool and sprinkle with sugar. Whip the powdered sugar, mascarpone and liquid cream into whipped cream. Place the whipped cream in a piping bag and set aside.
Step 2/2
Cut some of the strawberries into pieces. Cut the top of the donut and cut it into small pieces. Flatten the center of the donut and spread the strawberry jam in the center of the donut. Place the pieces of the top of the donut, the strawberry pieces then pipe the whipped cream. Cut a strawberry into slices and make notches in the strawberry. Place the strawberry slices in the notches to form a flower, repeat the process to have 3. Place the strawberry flowers on the whipped cream, sprinkle the leftover strawberries and enjoy!
