Rolled Eggplant

Ingredients for 4 people
3 eggplants
6 fl oz of tomato sauce
6 fl oz of bechamel sauce
1 lb of ground beef
1 onion
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tomato
parsley
salt & pepper

Step 1/3
Cut the eggplants into strips lengthwise and grill them on the grill. Pour the tomato sauce into the pie dish and then pour the bechamel sauce over the tomato sauce.
Step 2/3
Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and form as many balls as there are strips of eggplant. Place 1 ball on each grilled slice and roll them up.
Step 3/3
Arrange all the stuffed rolls in the pie dish. Divide the mozzarella between the rolls and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 °F. Sprinkle with diced tomato and chopped parsley and enjoy.
