Ingredients for 1 person

2 cups of macaroni

1 tbsp of seasoning

1 cup of shredded chicken

1 tbsp of hot sauce

1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of egg wash

1 cup of breadcrumbs

1 cup of frying oil

2 tbsp of green onions


Step 1/1

Cook the macaroni in boiling water, stir in the seasoning. Add in the shredded chicken, the hot sauce, mix thoroughly and form macaroni balls with your hands. Dip each ball into the flour, then into the egg wash, then into the breadcrumbs. Fry for a couple minutes in frying oil. Sprinkle with green onions, serve and enjoy!
