Ingredients for 5 people
1 pizza dough
1 onion
0.7 lb of ground beef
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 1/4 cups of tomato sauce
2 yellow zucchini
2 zucchinis
7 oz of mozzarella
3 cherry tomatoes
3 basil leaves

Step 1/2
Cut the pizza dough into a thin strip, place a mold upside down and form a spiral on the mold with the pizza dough then bake for 20 minutes at 390°F. Cut the onion into pieces, cook the ground beef, the onion in a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper, the tomato sauce and let simmer.

Garnish the pizza dough with the ground meat mixture. Cut the zucchini into strips, place 3 zucchini strips on the cling wrap, garnish the strips with grated mozzarella and roll up the strips to form a roll. Repeat the process with the remaining zucchini slices. Arrange the filled zucchini rolls on the ground beef mixture, forming a spiral and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Arrange the rest of the zucchini in the center forming a flower, add the cherry tomatoes and the basil. Serve and enjoy!
