Peppermint Grinch Sundae
Peppermint Grinch Sundae! This dessert is sure to steal Christmas 🎅🍨

Ingredients for 3 people
1 l of heavy cream
2 cans of condensed milk
1 cup of peppermint candies
2 tbsp of peppermint extract
11 oz of white chocolate
3 marshmallows
3 mini marshmallows
Red food coloring
Green food coloring
3 ice cream cones
Dark chocolate
Candies
Tools
Cling wrap
Step 1/4
Make the ice cream by whipping the heavy cream and condensed milk. Add the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies. Allow to freeze overnight.
Step 2/4
Wrap Christmas baubles in cling wrap. Melt white chocolate and dye green part of the chocolate green. Dip the baubles in the chocolate and allow to set. Scrape with a fork, garnish with ice cream and close the balls. Decorate with dark chocolate and candies.
Step 3/4
Moisten the ice cream cones and put them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Fold the top of the cone and allow to dry. Dip the cone in the white chocolate (dyed red). Put a mini marshmallow for the pompom and burn a big marshmallow to make the outlines of the hat.
Step 4/4
Place the hat on top of the green bauble. Serve and enjoy!
